Eliminate one of the most common oil leak sources on early M96 engines with this quality Elring camshaft end cap set, suitable for Porsche 996 Carrera 3.4 and Boxster 986 models.

These rubber camshaft end caps seal the camshaft bearing bores within the cylinder heads and sit between the cylinder head and cam cover. Over time, the original rubber caps can harden, shrink or deteriorate, resulting in oil leaks that are frequently mistaken for leaking cam covers or timing chain covers.

This set contains all six camshaft end caps required for a complete replacement on early M96 engines. Replacing all six caps during engine maintenance is recommended to help ensure long-term leak-free operation.
