High-quality intermediate shift lever bearing bush for Porsche 924, 944 and 968 transaxle models.

This bearing sits within the gearbox shift linkage mechanism and is a very common wear item on ageing transaxle Porsches. Once worn, excessive movement develops in the gear linkage, resulting in a vague, loose or wobbly gearshift feel.

Replacing this bearing helps restore a much tighter, more direct and precise gear change.

Unlike many aftermarket alternatives, this Partworks version is manufactured with the correct original 88° angular offset geometry. Although barely visible to the naked eye, this offset is essential for maintaining the correct movement of the linkage without introducing stiffness or binding.

Installation Notes:
Installation is straightforward and can usually be carried out by slightly raising the rear of the vehicle and removing the left rear wheel.
