Reproduction power steering rack pipes for Porsche 911 (996) and Boxster (986) models, 1998–2005.

Upgraded zinc-coated steel construction. These pipes were previously supplied in cupronickel, but the current specification has been upgraded to zinc-coated steel. This material has been selected for improved durability and long-term performance in the demanding, high-pressure power steering system, with the zinc coating providing corrosion protection.

The current pipes are therefore silver in colour and magnetic. This is correct for the latest specification and does not indicate an incorrect or lower-quality part.

Replacement for Porsche part number 99634701210 / 996 347 012 10.
